Jiri HOUSKA Ph.D.) Date: Mon, 29 Aug 2011 21:23:05 +0200 Subject: [Sax-project-users] Sax in parallel Message-ID: <25a6-4e5be700-45-346ddc00@128235599> Dear colleagues, I understand that similar question has been asked before, but for my life I do not know how to solve it: when I run Sax on 1 processor, everything is OK, e.g. mpirun -np 1 $SAX_BIN/gw.x << EOF ./gw1.in ./gw1.out EOF however, whenever I try a run on more processors) (-np 8 in the above example), I end up with cat: /usr/vice/etc/ThisCell: No such file or directory /bin/bash: [my_path]/gw.x: cannot execute binary file p0_28462: p4_error: Child process exited while making connection to remote process on [my_frontend] Other codes (such as pwscf / quantum espresso) run on multiple processors without any problem.
